Looking for a 'green beverage' (that's not green beer :) to start off your St. Patrick's Day celebrations? Lucky for you, I've shared a lot of green smoothies on the blog. Here's a look back at them. Of course, any of the smoothies I make can be turned 'green', just throw in some spinach, your favorite baby greens or some green tea/wheatgrass powder, and you're good to go.

Wow, awesome! Thanks for all the links and photos to your recipes.Do you ever add supplements? I've been experimenting with them lately and have noticed I get an energy boost when I add them in to my daily green drink. So far All Day Energy Greens has been the best tasting.
ReplyDeleteI haven't in the past, but am going to get some Amazing Grass wheatgrass powder. It's nice to sometimes add a little extra umph to my green drinks/smoothies. Thanks for sharing one that's good tasting. :) Thanks so much for stopping by & commenting ~ Cheers!
ReplyDeleteHere's my daily ritual. I could mix my drink with a smoothie, but I like my smoothies more fruity, so I prefer to mix 2+ tablespoons of Green drink into about a quart of water. I just drink it for about an hour every day after work.
