Lately, I've been seeing a lot of posts & pictures for foods to make for
Passover. So, I decided to try making something I've never eaten, nor made, before ~
Matzo Ball Soup. How is it I've never eaten this simple, comforting soup before now? My friend, Lupe, says it's her 'go-to soup' whenever she starts to feel run down or feels a cold coming on.
