Whey Protein ~ I first found out about Whey Protein when I started the Fat Flush Plan Diet. This stuff is sooo much better than the old 'slim fast' powders of decades past. It comes in many flavors, but we like vanilla the best.
For us, it can be a quick meal & sometimes it's a snack. We drink it daily. It is filling, versatile & quick. You can make it with water, milk or juice. (I really like using V8 Fusion, it's any easy way to get in both a fruit & veg serving) I also like to add a few slices of frozen banana (for extra creaminess), an Equal (to make it a bit sweeter) & ice. Frozen strawberries or blueberries are a nice addition, too.
It tastes like an indulgence. No wonder we like it so much. :)
