A simple, low carb meal that really satisfied. I started with a bed of steamed veggies ~ kale, onion, sliced garlic and carrots. Then I topped it with leftover steak, that had been tossed in an easy 'mushroom sauce', a drizzle of Sriracha Sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and fresh cracked pepper. I made the 'mushroom sauce' from a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup that was mixed with a little water, just enough to thin it until I got it to the right 'sauce' consistency. Nothing fancy...pretty quick...but, really tasty. Sometimes simple is best. :)
