I stumbled upon this really fun sounding dessert ~ Boozy Pumpkin Cheesecake Shooters ~ and just had to give it a go! The base of the dessert is a lot like my Spiced Pumpkin Dip with Gingersnaps recipe, plus it has spiced rum in it, so I knew I'd like it. Since I don't have cool 'shooter type' shot glasses like the recipe calls for, I just used a cocktail glass. I layered everything the same way, so you still get some 'graham cracker crust' in each bite ~ you just don't get the hip shooter-glass vibe. Works for me.
